Automated assessment

To manage the volume of applications, we may use automated tools to help assess how closely a profile matches a mandate. These tools support our team; they do not make final decisions. Every candidate who is not a clear non-fit is reviewed by a member of our team, and all decisions to progress a candidate are made by a person.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in providing executive-search services. Providing a CV and answering the screening questions is voluntary, but necessary for us to consider your application.
